WV Clearinghouse

Help Locating information on the WV Clearinghouse database is easy. You may find information about training and education programs in a variety of ways. If you go to the search page, you may search by provider title, provider name, program description or keyword, course type, WIA certification, customized training availability, or WIB region. You may search (query) using any or a combination of the methods listed above. You simply type the appropriate word(s) or parts of words or use the pull-down box on the search screen to include the items you want to use in your query, then click on the submit query button at the bottom of the screen. For more description of the terms, visit the glossary page. If you cannot locate a particular training/education program, please contact the WVCH by clicking on wvclear@mail.wvstateu.edu. Complete the form and click send. The WVCH staff will contact you, under normal circumstances, within 48 hours and provide assistance with locating the program. The WVCH database is constantly being updated as information is made available to the Clearinghouse. The WVCH offers providers the opportunity to register or update their program and provider information electronically. If a provider chooses this option, he or she should click the Submit button and enter the information. Each provider will have a unique password that will allow them to enter or update only their information.
